LOW SUGAR, LOW CALORIES!!!!

Hello!!!! Today, 29/12/16, i will share about how to choose a good quality food, satisfying hunger, give energy, and good for body.... This are all can be achieve by choosing a low GI (Glycemic Index)...

If we go to the market, government already take an action for citizen nowadays to carefully choose our food by including a NUTRITION LABEL........ Women mostly in Malaysia, come to supermarket to buy unhealthy food... its weird to see that women choose their handbag brand, purse, make up and so on.... they choose carefully so that its look good to use.... unfortunately, when they go to the supermarket, why they DID NOT CHOOSE a good quality food???

People do have knowledge about how unhealthy can be canned food, packed food and else... but they did not use the knowledge properly to make them healthy.... Tell me, who did not want a good shape body??? men, women, are all the same... we want a good looking body, and we often spend our money on unhealthy food?? We work everyday to gain money, to support our daily life... but did we know?? 80% of our healthy come from FOOD, 20% come from EXERCISE, and 100% come from our MINDSET.... People nowadays love spend their money on food, but did we realize something??? We actually contribute what we eat to the disease that we will gain in the future?? So CHOOSE wisely, we spend a lot of money on beauty product, and unhealthy food... But we actually DO NOT CARE about our healthy...

When we use a product, we must CONSISTENT on using it... then we can gain the RESULT....
People always says, "Health products are useless, we still get disease"and "Its too expensive!!"... but did we realize?? we WILL spent thousands of ringgit to cure our disease?? but we can not spent a few ringgit for our health??

This is people nowadays mindset.... ok now i will share, what kind of benefit that we could gain from low GI food??

Ok, now, when we go to the supermarket, here what we must do,
1. READ THE NUTRITION LABEL

See the different from white bread and brown bread??? There will be GI label on the nutrition label.... good GI level must be under 55.... If we try to seek GI label on white bread, there is no point on that effort... because of high GI level, they did not put it on the label...

2. KNOW YOUR BMR (BASAL METABOLIC RATE)

If we do not know our BMR, we will not know how many calories did we need daily.....
This will lead us to eat without knowing how many calories have we take?? It might be over what we really need daily. a women, at least need 1300 to 1500 calories daily... meanwhile, a men need 1500 to 2000 calories a day...

3. EAT BROWN RICE
 



Brown rice contain the same calories as white rice, BUT, brown rice are low in sugar, and to get rid of cholesterol...

4. LOW GI BREAD


REMEMBER!!!! SKINNY DOES NOT MEAN YOU ARE HEALTHY, MAYBE YOUR ORGAN FAT ARE HIGH... IF YOU ARE FAT, IT IS ABSOLUTELY CONFIRM, YOU ARE NOT HEALTHY...

If we go to HTAA (Hospital Tengku Ampuan Afzan) at Kuantan... people have to park their cars outside of the hospital.... OUTSIDE OF THE HOSPITAL... its mean that there is no more parking lot.... Did we realize that how many people get disease actually in KUANTAN ONLY??
Not all product nowadays are useful.... like i said before, 80% of our HEALTH come from what we EAT daily... we need to change it... WE MUST....

THE MORE YOU DRINK, THE MORE YOU SHRINK!!!

Today, 28/12/16, I have woke up early after subuh to go to IdaMan Club, the nutrition club. You could add on facebook on their page, Coach IdaMan. The coach of the nutrition club have shared a lot of tips and knowledge.

Yes indeed we need 8 glass of water a day, but did everyone really know that actually, 25kg of body weight need a liter of water... but for a person that want to LOOSE weight, we need to drink at a liter of water for 20 kg of body weight.
                                                                                           

Fruits and vegetables are been encourage by nutrition guider to be eat for snacking time. green apple and cucumber are the best fruit and vegetable to be eaten. This is because, green apple is good for our digestion meanwhile cucumber contain a lot of water and small quantity in calories.

LUNCH TODAY!!!!

Hello guys, today, 27/12/16, i had a very delicious lunch that contain healthy food!!!
Fish grilled, white rice (i often eat brown rice at my house), cucumber, and some others fibre..

THIS IS YOUR LUNCH SHOULD BE:

Diet does not mean that you should stop eat rice, you just need to decrease its quantity... on a plate, there should be 30% carbohydrates, 30% protein, and 40% fiber... make sure DO NOT USE any OIL!!! It will not help you to loose weight.


We need to eat five times a day but we must know what we eat...



This image show that we need low GI (glycemic index) in our food.... low GI means that the food contain low sugar in it such as brown rice, brown bread and so on...



The portion for rice is about your fist.... That's all from me for now... i will share more next post!!!

HEALTHY BREAKFAST WITH SHAKE!!! HIGH IN NUTRITION, LOW IN CALORIES!!!

Today, 27/12/16, i have go to have healthy breakfast at Kelab Idaman, Bukit Setongkol.

This club were held every morning from 8 a.m till 9.30 a.m. The coach leader that i called Abang  Iman and his wife, Kak Ida, shared a lot of information about healthy ways of living.... its for FREE!!!! every new members that come for the first 8 days, the new members does not need to pay the drink..... The members are not OBLIGATE to buy the healthy drink consist of all nutrition that a human body need...... Abang Iman's goal is to guide people nowadays about how to control our eating habit. Today, the topic was about exercise..... 

our body health come from 80% from what we eat, 20% is exercise, and 100% from our positive thinking. every sunday, tuesday and thursday, there will be a Fit Club held at Taman Bandar, Kuantan from 5.30 p.m till 6.30 o.m. for FREE!!!!!!



This Fit Club will guide us how to do cardio exercise and will burn more calories than you have got from jogging and other exercise that you think its enough, but actually waste your energy and time...

LOOSING WEIGHT WITHIN 2 WEEKS!!!!!

YEAH!!!!!

Yesterday, on 25/12/16, I have to weigh my body west and TADAAA ........ !!!!
this is my achievement results from the last two weeks ... until the day in this program left another week and will meet its end on 01/01/17 ... i have loose weight over 7.4 KG!!!!!! and my fat has decrease from 29.6% to 26.6%!!!!!! this can be achieve only by healthy living ways..... i will share some valuable information for loosing weight without u need to extreme diet.

MY MOH KURUS KUANTAN EXPERIENT!!

 Today, 26/12/16, after two weeks i participate in a program of loosing weight...... i have made a huge changes in my life...... this program aim is to make their contestant to loose weight within 21 days. this program teach us how to get a healthy life by changing our eating habit.
